type='text'>Parmesan Cheese Roll</title><content type='html'>&lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;奶酪咸面包&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;基本咸面团配方:&lt;br /&gt;高筋粉 400 克&lt;br /&gt;水 1 杯（240 毫升）&lt;br /&gt;脱脂奶粉 3 大匙&lt;br /&gt;蛋（中个） 1 个&lt;br /&gt;橄榄油 40 3 大匙&lt;br /&gt;糖 1 大匙&lt;br /&gt;盐 1 小匙&lt;br /&gt;干酵母 2 小匙&lt;br /&gt;奶酪粉（可省略）4 大匙（1/4 杯）&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;所有材料放入面包机，设面团档发面。发面程序结束后立刻取出面团，分割成12份滚圆，再醒5分钟即可整型。&lt;br /&gt;成型的面胚放烤盘中，再醒发40分钟左右。烤箱预热至375F（~190C），面胚刷上蛋清，入炉烤17分钟左右。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;下面的图里我做成了大面包，配方是一样的：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;img /&gt;水（或牛奶） 1 杯（240 毫升）&lt;br /&gt;蛋（中个） 1 个&lt;br /&gt;黄油 40 克（~1/3条）&lt;br /&gt;糖 60 克（~1/4杯）&lt;br /&gt;盐 一小撮（~1/8小匙）&lt;br /&gt;干酵母 1-1/2小匙&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;所有材料放入面包机，设面团档发面。发面程序结束后立刻取出面团，分割成12份滚圆，再醒5分钟即可整型。&lt;br /&gt;成型的面胚放烤盘中，再醒发30分钟左右。烤箱预热至350F（~175C），面胚刷上蛋黄水，烤20分钟左右。取出放架子上冷却。下面是我做过的一些成品：&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br
